Refund Policy
All sales are final. No cancellations will be accepted. All collected fees and applicable recurring payments are nonrefundable. We are, however, happy to provide you with revisions. Please reference our Terms and Conditions for details on our Revisions Policy.

B A S Media operates as a program administered by Brunch and Slay, LLC and offers various marketing services. Cancellations are not accepted. All collected fees and applicable recurring payments are nonrefundable.
All orders must be redeemed within 90 days of the purchase date. After that time, you will forfeit all monies paid. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we deem it does not align with our guidelines and corporate policy. Should this occur, you will be given as much notice as possible and a full refund of your investment.
All completed orders will be stored in our files for one calendar year.
Copyrights
You own all rights and licenses to all designs created for you. If we use stock photos, you will also be granted a license for that photo. However, the materials you provide to us are assumed to be licensed and owned by you. If you provide us with unlicensed materials to use, then we are not held liable for the rights of the final design.
Revisions or Redesigns
We require the completion of a detailed questionnaire before starting your project. Your marketing materials are created to your specifications based on the information that you provide. We do not offer revisions if you change your mind or goals once your request has been made. We provide revisions where we have misunderstood the guidance provided in your creative brief. Should this happen, we will provide one revision at no additional cost.
Now, at times, we do miss the mark. When that happens, please send your revision request to us at info@basmedia.net within seven business days of receiving your original content.
We will likely ask questions about the reason for your revision request, and you’ll need to respond within three business days.
Note that failure to submit your revision request and respond to all questions will void your opportunity to receive a rewrite.
